Information we collect

Vlatte collects the information needed to run your school's ordering service. This may include your email address, name, school store, account role, balance, orders, voucher activity, feedback and account activity such as logins.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, process and fulfil orders, maintain account balances, administer school stores, prevent misuse and improve the service. Authorised school staff can access information needed to operate their store.

Marketing emails

Your school store may occasionally send marketing emails about special offers, updates and promotions. These emails are sent from offers@vlatte.net on behalf of your store. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or
• Changing your preference in your profile settings

Opting out of marketing emails will not affect transactional emails such as login codes.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate Vlatte, such as web hosting and email delivery providers. Voucher QR codes may be generated by an external QR-code service.

Storage and security

Information is stored in the Vlatte database and protected using access controls and secure login cookies. No online service can guarantee complete security, but reasonable steps are taken to protect the information held.

Access, correction and deletion

You can update some account details from your profile. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, contact your school's Vlatte administrator or email accounts@vlatte.net.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or its privacy practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
