Evernote is an Extension of My Brain – Notes in the Cloud

Evernote is great for capturing and storing information in an electronic world. I use it to extend my brain in by putting notes in the cloud. Bookmarking a web page for later review. Grabbing itineraries off a web page, or confirmation numbers, or instructions on what to do after I download a file. I even generate notes from my iPhone, which can be either text, pictures or voice notes. The video overview at the end of this post shows how Evernote works as a universal capture tool.
